 Living Room

 Challenge: To make an uncomfortable living room feel more cozy.

Solution: Furniture was drawn away from the wall and the French doors to create a comfortable conversation area. Other pieces of furniture were shifted to different locations around the room.

 

Game Room

Challenge: To find the most functional arrangement for this game room.  Elevated high-top table, elevated TV and a pool table make this room a challenge.

After Redesign and Best Placement of Furniture

 

Solution: The matching chairs were placed on the black shag rug closer to the big screen TV.  The high-top table was moved behind the lounging chairs.  Now all the seats in the room have an equally good view of the TV while maintaining a good distance from the pool table.
